Let's start again

As we all know; I recently left my uni course. I loved not having anything to do during the day and Monday mornings were my favourite. That novelty has now worn off and I'm (dare I say it) bored. Obviously getting a full time job (which was on my agenda for about a week...) would mean no youtube videos nor blog posts. Period. But at the same time, I don't want to feel as though I'm a drop out who lazes about with just a weekend job to her name. So in September, I shall return to university.

I'm going to be enrolled in the closest uni to me, which was hard to decide as a course that my heart was set on was on the other side of the river, three trains away. I loved everything about that course but knew that my mentality is such that I wouldn't push myself to get up at 5 for a 9am lecture and I genuinely have a hatred for the London Underground.

The course I've accepted isn't bad, at all. It's something that is close to my heart, something that my grandad was a professional in for his entire career, and something I'm kinda good at. The university is also a 10 minute walk from both my work and my father's house so when I decided to accept their unconditional offer; my family and boyfriend had a united sigh of relief. They know me better than I know myself.

September I hope to be the start of a new stage in my life. I said this in January and I hope it really is this time.

I guess the point of this post was to tell you to do whatever the heck you want and need, to follow the journey of the life that you want. Studying law at a university 2 hours away wasn't practical nor what I wanted at all. So I gave it up. This is close, and something I genuinely have an interest in, so I'm praying it works out.

Need a change? Be the change.
